Buying
Each mosaic in this shop is a one off design. Once it has sold I cannot make another one.
Some pieces use the same base (eg: heart, star and label) which are consistent in style. The mosaic embellishment itself however can never be replicated exactly.
I incorporate vintage and modern crockery in my designs. This crockery is often pre-loved so please expect some surface imperfections on these pieces.
Please bear in mind I am not a huge company churning out mass produced products.
It is just me and a very patient husband.
This individuality is what allows me to consistently deliver a personal and professional service.
Payment
Credit and debit card payments are processed securely through Paypal.
You do not need an account to send a secure payment. Visit the Paypal website for more details.
Postage
Due to the delicate nature of mosaic, I am very careful in how I package items.
I use plenty of bubble wrap and shredded newspaper. I regularly make my own boxes from recycled cardboard.
The mosaics are usually rather weighty, so added with the necessary packaging the postage cost reflects this.
United Kingdom Shipping
For higher value items I will send by Special Delivery. This will require a signature.
International Shipping
Returns
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to a seven day cooling-off period. This period starts from when the goods are received. It is not necessary to give a reason for cancelling the contract.
After the goods have been delivered the consumer is entitled to receive a full refund for a cancelled contract within 30 days.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, securely wrapped and sent through a trackable means of delivery, Recorded Delivery for example.
The cost for returning the item if is not refundable.
If the item is faulty then the return cost of postage will be refunded.

To ensure you have many happy years enjoying your mosaic please keep the following tips in mind.
♥ Do not immerse in water.
♥ Not suitable for displaying outdoors unless stated otherwise.
♥ Not a toy or suitable for children to handle, decoration only.
